Senior Product Designer
RideTandem
Brought in to establish and lead the design effort for RideTandem, a tech-enabled shuttle
bus service for a wide range of customers including; Aston Martin, the NHS, and dpd.
- Created mobile and web design systems from the ground up, to establish a consistent component library and enable the start-up to iterate fast and scale with rigour .
- Advised on the implementation of new branding and fundamental design change to support how RideTandem functions.
- Improved the usability of critical flows to reduce the burden on the operations team and improve efficiency of the product.

Kinto Ride
Led the design across Kinto Ride, a mobility app designed to optimise fleet usage, automate processes and meet mobility needs of families.
- Collaborating with the product owner and development teams to improve the responsive designs.
- Supported the development of product strategy to ensure it could be scalable and applicable to new markets, through user testing and prototyping new product user flows.
- Improved the accessibility of the product to future-proof it and support growth.

Soho House
I designed the email components for the new Soho Skin brand, withstanding internal rigor and iterations. I’ve meticulously updated and redesigned the entire email component library for Soho House. I’ve also carried out onboarding sessions with colleagues on how to use Figma for email sprints.

Focused on the performance and endurance testing of each product, my role is to develop every sample stage and create solutions to problems. To ensure the product is fit for production I used my knowledge on processes, resources and methods to deliver a range of electrical products.

My responsibilities included mandatory and customer specific testing. This expanded my working knowledge of products through interrogating and testing prototypes daily. This role was time sensitive with many fast turnarounds between products, so being able to multitask without sacrificing product quality and not impede on the project lifecycle was imperative.
